STRENGTH OF MIND
Counselling & Psychotherapy

Background & Approach
I’m Lucy, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, accredited by the NCPS and registered with The Prince’s Trust.

Drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches, I work within a pluralistic framework—choosing what best supports you at each stage of your journey and regularly reflecting on our progress together.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, I bring both academic knowledge and real-world experience to our sessions.

My experience spans a range of emotional and life challenges, including stress and anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the impact of past or historic abuse. I work at your pace, adapting my approach to support you as you find a way forward.

I offer calm, empathic support, giving you space to pause, reflect, and feel heard as we work toward meaningful change.
