Taking the first step

123-456-7890

Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, and it is completely okay to take it at your own pace.

You are welcome to use the contact form to ask about online counselling, arrange a free 15-minute consultation, or briefly share what you are looking for support with.

You do not need to explain everything in your first message. If you are contacting me about coercive control, domestic abuse or trauma bonds, a brief message such as “I would like support after a difficult relationship” is enough to begin.

I aim to respond via email within 48 hours.

Please Note: Counselling is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, please call 999. For urgent mental health support, contact your GP, NHS 111 or your local crisis service.

Thanks for submitting!

Your information will be treated confidentially and used only to respond to your enquiry. I will only contact you by phone if we have agreed a suitable and safe time to do so.
