Coercive Control, Domestic Abuse & Trauma Bonds

I offer professionally grounded, lived-experience-informed counselling for people recovering from coercive control, domestic abuse and trauma bonds

Recovering from a controlling or abusive relationship can feel confusing, painful and isolating. You may find yourself questioning what happened, missing the person who hurt you, feeling responsible, struggling with guilt or finding it difficult to trust yourself again.

Counselling can offer a space to make sense of what happened, understand the impact it has had, and begin rebuilding trust in yourself.

Therapy is not about judging your choices or rushing you to move on.

It is about helping you feel heard, validated and supported at your own pace.

Taking the First Step

Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially if you are used to coping alone or questioning if your experiences are "enough" to seek support.

You are welcome to contact me with as much or as little detail as feels comfortable. A brief message is enough to begin.
